It's been a whirlwind

A whirlwind of babies........

......and toddlers.

Beaches......

Swimming pools....

And the most amazing fishing trip for Aunty Amy and Benny.
( ten sharks circling the boat ........this one  grabbed onto Amy's mackerel tail tied to a rope!!)

.....into this.....

And then this.......

We have had the most fabulous time with our two families.
Thank you Sam and Kiann for letting us spoil Flynn to pieces and have so many cuddles of our precious new boy. We adore them.
Thanks Benny for letting us stay with you and making ourselves at home.
Families are the best!

Apple blossom time

We have let our big old apple tree do its own thing for as long as I can remember and each Spring it bursts into glorious splendour.
It takes my breath away to see a whole tree full of such prettiness.

I cut huge stems this morning to put in the Farmshop.

The freesias have been blooming their heads off. I have lost count of how many bunches have been sold.

Thank you for the lemons Viv. I love how you always have a special bag for me and this one is gorgeous. Chevrons....!!

Holidays at our place.
Boys, bikes and dogs. Gotta love em!

And the littlest boy.....two more sleeps until we get to meet you baby boy.

Amy has told me she's found some little treasures in here.......I think they'll be vegies. She loves the whole seed raising thing......just like her Pa.

It's her birthday tomorrow.
This card reminded me of her for some strange reason!

Around the garden path today......
I love how the purple Spanish bluebells and their fresh green strappy leaves  look against the grey trunk of the cherry tree. I have picked several big bunches from this little patch.

Lo and behold, the sunflowers have appeared.
Can't wait to see what happens next.

When do I take out the extra one?
Which one gets removed?
What happens if I leave two there?
Can't imagine I'd be taking one out and turfing it!
Looks like something is chewing on one of them anyway!

Very warm today.
We can see the garden growing before our eyes.
