As we speak.....
Some strawberry jam making....
And plenty of this.....coffee in the Garden Room.
.....dreaming about what's to become of these. I purchased a few more packets. Eighteen altogether now. That should do it I think!
It's been way too cold to be even contemplating getting them started. The Garden Room could very well become the seed raising room the way things are going here.
None of this in the sunny Pilbara though, where Miss Olive has been down to the beach in her bathers.
She is 12 weeks old now and as cute as a button.
Arch having a picnic in the park.
My little Farmshop opened last week.
The little green wagon from Bunnings is perfect for getting all the jars down to the shop. As long as I don't veer off-road they all remain upright and intact.
Lots of beautiful leucadendrons and Spring bulbs. It takes ages picking the grape hyacinths because they're so tiny, but I adore them and they always sell.
Sew and sew.
The new table topper complete....in lamp light. I love a "lamps on" day.
That's enough for this year though.
And all fifteen rows of Up Parasol have been sewn together now and are ready for some borders.
We had a final visit to Welsh Street before the new tenants move in.
Helen did some gardening, Amy fixed up the wood shed ( with her powerful tools ) and Bill replaced the rotted timber across the front of the garage and installed new smoke detectors.
Jo sent us this photo which was taken at Will and Jacq's wedding in March.
The next wedding we go to will be here at Frogpond Farm!
This made me smile.......but it's true!
Too cold for the garden path!
But the wildlife have been oblivious to the icy mornings.
Just passing through.
And this morning, the willy wagtails were having a heated conversation over breakfast.
Come on Spring.....what the heck is going on!
