Bill the builder

Oh dear...this is the tree that appeared on yesterday's blog post. Now we know why the
arborist said "Don't play under this one!

Bill has already built himself a workbench out of pallets from Bunnings and some throw away posts from Mitre10. The pallet one is a bit wobbly but will serve the purpose of having "something to put stuff on". The old sewing machine came from Dad...sadly the workings were all burnt, but now it has a new purpose with some more throw away flat pieces from the hardware shops.

It was easy to recognize some things....the pool table leg that Amy is holding ...not so sure what Bill has found! The gazebo was unrecognizable..it was completely flattened as though it was never there.

And this little guy is called Bucks, a much loved Magpie supporter given to Bill by Fred and Rhonda on his 50th birthday... he used to be black and white but has obviously been through a trauma of some kind. This how Bill found him....

Sam's old golf card....just one of many paper bits that were found among the ashes and which  are still lying around the place.

And then there were those things that we just didn't recognize......

This little face keeps popping up on our phones and screens.......and reminding us how much we have and how much we have to look forward to....bless his little cotton socks!
