Freesias and brotherly love

Spring bunches for sale in the Farmshop.

This is what makes my heart sing.
I adore the growing, the picking, the arranging ( keep it simple I say!) and the sale is just a bonus. Knowing that a simple little posy in a tin or glass jar makes other people happy as much as me, is icing on the cake.

Love this quote.
I love it's underlying meaning but coincidentally Bill has just given our backyard grass some Weed and Feed. We haven't used this before and I'm still mystified about how it works, but it seems to be already having an impact on the vast amounts of cape weed we have growing out there.

Pippi Rose has found a new home.
We won't get to see her new baby after all. Bill will miss her.

He has been doing his feeding up (horse lingo) duties with diligence and the girls know him well now. These two are Charity and Emeliana.
Charity has the blaze( horse lingo again!). The blaze is the white strip down the front of the nose.

Amy is doing some horse whispering with Kelly Gal.

Bill has whipped up a big cupboard in the garage to house the stuff that we want to keep enclosed. He used mostly pallets from Bunnings and some cheap plywood. It's huge but will serve its purpose well.

Secret sewing business.....

Better get cracking with that.

Around the garden path today....
Cherry blossom splendour.

They're back!
A new little family residence built with great care and attention to detail.

Baby Archer and bro.....

His own little ninja turtle......so proud.
