A week of red

Red cherry tomatoes semi dried in the oven with olive oil and splodges of garlic and whatever I could find in the herb patch really.

Red raspberry chia slice from this gorgeous recipe book.
Thank you Sam and Kiann.

Gisborne Dragons red.......Amy's team lost their match in the Grand Final at Mount Martha last weekend but two other teams are playing their third day on Saturday.
We will be there to support them.

Little red cars at the Lost Trades Fair at Kyneton last weekend.

Oh my, so many talented makers.
Spoon carvers, basket makers, toy makers, saddlers, drystone wall makers, pinstripers ( new to me ) chandlers, coopers, fletchers ( love those last three names).
Food makers and music makers to feed and entertain the thousands of visitors.

Could have been my Dad......all the same tools and repurposing stuff that Dad would do.

This fabulous teepee/ tent was an old Guides tent.
It was part of the toy makers area......swords and shields and axes, knights and dragons.

Farmer Bill hasn't quite reached chair making yet but he did fashion a wood holder out of pallets for some of our winter wood pile to keep it dry.
The chimney and flue have been cleaned and the wood is under cover.
Winter sometimes sneaks up on us.

Around the garden path late last evening...reddish, pink sedum Autumn Joy.

Farmer's Wife Quilt red......

......mmmm, I know, only one block... there's been a bit going on!

Red billycarts and two gorgeous boys.
Bill wants to go next year!

This baby boy.....wearing red.

....and green !!!! ( avocado, his fave, actually his only!!!)

......and his beautiful big brother.

Sweet pea red.
Don't  forget to poke these in somewhere. It's St Patrick's Day.
The only way I can remember.

Red line marks the track.
Bill's sister Jo has been walking the Overland Track in Tasmania for five days now. She finishes the trail tomorrow.

Well done Jo. Can only imagine the stunning sights and sounds and smells you will have experienced.
 Bet you're already thinking....what next..!
Have a lovely weekend everyone.
