A breath of fresh air

Our wise and lovely yoga teacher reminds us each week about the importance of breathing deeply. She is right. Many of us tend to shallow -breathe and in my case forget to breathe at all sometimes!!
Flynn was a dream at yoga. He ohhmmmmmed with me......

.......and did double down dog like a star.

Road tripping.
There was plenty of fresh air in the Mallee last weekend too.
Crisp and bracingly cool.
We all breathed in great lungfuls of it!
Perhaps that is why country folk live such long and healthy lives.
Rest in peace Aunty Bev. You were a beautiful lady and truly one of a kind.

The blue skies and sunshine were glorious.
These little Winter vistas on the way home from Minyip made me smile.
So typical of the countryside there at this time of the year.

Around the garden path in the middle of Winter.

The frog pond is full again.

The horses are creating a gluggy, muddy mess along the fence lines.

And they love rolling in it! Beautiful Nareeda and Charity.

I've been playing in my Winter sewing room ( the dining room table ).
Sorting, cutting, pressing......

......and then sewing like a crazy woman making bibs for Kiann to sell on her market stall....Stay Wild Gypsy Child.
I got the dream catchers and tents upside down in four of them so need to try and sort that out. Bill says to leave them. He says that the baby sees them the right way up when they look down.....€£€¥€£!?!?!!
Seriously, how the heck did that happen?

Yep, this is me.....( found in a magazine at the hairdressers last week).

Right then, let's get out there and start breathing in that beautiful fresh air!

  1. a full blog this time with lots to share. Flynn such a little darling even had his hands/fingers in the correct position. Wasn't the mallee beautiful, such a relaxing and comforting scene. Naughty horse but I guess it must be fun for them. I love the dream catcher & tent prints and yes upsidedown will work for the babies but others may be confused. The garden looks great. RIP Aunty Bev. Bill been a bit lazy this week??
