And then there were three

Jack Darwin White.
Born May11 and weighing nearly 8lbs.

And ever since then I haven’t been able to take my eyes off him.
Especially his fingers and toes.

Jack’s weekend went something like this……

I hadn’t planned on having such a big break between blogs.
Some autumn splendour…..

The usual bulb mystery at planting time. They’ve all gone back in the ground though so it’ll be fun to see what comes up where.

Bobble blanket finished for the Garden room….

…..and wrapped around this little man a few days ago.

My Persian Tile blanket still a work in progress…..

A bear for Jack.

An op shop purchase that made my day a few weeks ago.
It’s a Mason Cash bowl. Perfect condition. $8. Couldn’t believe my eyes.

Months ago….

A walk in the paddocks on Saturday with a couple of little treasures….and Munchie.

It’s happening again folks! For some reason I go into diy renovation mode in winter.
Can’t tell you how many hours I’ve spent researching paint colours….again!

This time we’ve ( I’ve ) gone for Klavier. I’ve bought the can of paint and the bits and pieces required.

I wanted to remove the decorative fascia from across the front, but it’s not as easy to do that as we thought. Might just paint it and see how we go.

Oh, for those of you wondering what Jack looks like with his eyes open…….

He will be six weeks old tomorrow. Winter solstice day.
