We did our own dry seeding today just like the farmers last weekend.
Bill raked and raked again.
I broadcast(ed) ( that's lawn making speak for throwing the seed around).
Two and a half hours of raking and broadcasting.
And then an hour of watering.
But it's finally done and we are looking forward to being able to sit in the shade of the trees here in Summer.
Love this catalogue cover.
Thinking of ordering some deciduous trees to add to our collection out the front..... I'll just think a bit longer.
Jacqui and Kim asked me to make some heat packs for them to sell in their shop.....

.....and this is a peek at something I am making that is a surprise so can't show more than this at the moment.
Around the garden path today.
Last night's spectacular sunset.
Amy is hoping she hasn't fractured her ankle playing football today in Seaford.
She will find out on Tuesday. No driving for a week.
This makes me smile.
Have a lovely week everyone.
Great photo of the preying mantis,I like their faces. I hope Amy's ankle hasn't fractured..Cheers Sue
ReplyDeleteNo fractures thankfully Sue. I've seen the preying mantises around a few times now. Must be the season for them! Xx
